About me

Being a tech support executive, I found myself surrounded by a lots of professional tech support executive that are certified and working since a long time. I am working with one of the leading technical support company which provides Canon support for various of its products such as scanner, photocopier, printer, etc. Their are in total of 200 employee that are fully able to resolve customer issue.

Here my department is of Scanner support so I receive call from the customer everyday regarding the related issue. Firstly I listen them quietly and then the whole process began. I provides remote technical support that mean the customer can be resolve within the calls only. I perform various troubleshoots one by one which are very easy to follow. Their are so many time that I got appreciation from my seniors and the customer by serving them very reliable work.
