      Hello Dear,

      I know this proposal letter might be a surprise to you, but do consider it as an emergency , in a nut shell, I am Martin Guma a Sierra-Leonian ,born May 27 1986 ,now seeking asylum in Senegal under (UNHCR).

      My father (late) Dr Dada Guma was the Managing Director of Rainbow Gold and Diamond Minning Company in (KENEMA) Sierra-Leone, but during the civil war My father was killed and his properties destroyed ,but we (my mother and myself) manage to escape with some of my father's precious properties ( DIAMONDS 1180.56 Carat) which is now safely deposited in a high security and finance company here in Senegal as a family treasure . However , we are saddled with the problem of securing a trust worthy foreign personality to help us transfer the diamonds which weighs 1180.56 Carats to his posession , pending my arrival to meet with him. Furthermore , I only want this done this way because your country is politically suitable for any profitable investment and I also want to add here that if accepted by you ,you will serve as the original beneficiary of the diamonds and also the president of any investment recommended, because I am a complete stranger in international business.
      I feel confident therefore, to introduce this offer to you, for your participation and assistance regard to this, Your percentage will be discussed of the total money from the sales of the diamonds, and already 5% (percent) mapped out for any miscellaneous expenses that may occur during the transfer of the diamond to your possesion. Conclusively ,I will appreciate you contact me immediately you receive this request. Regarding the lifting of this consignment from Senegal to your country or any place of your interest. On commencement ,this transaction will take 14 working days to be accomplished .A copy of certificate of ownership ,certificate of deposit bond receipt of the security and finance company, and the laboratory test result certificate of the diamond will be sent to you as soon as I hear from you, including the pictures of the diamonds.
