Born in the UK and into a musical family, much of Ashley's childhood and early years were spent at festivals supporting his father perform and helping run a festival on the south coast. Such an up bringing and expsosure to folk and roots music certainly shaped his interest in music and an open mind when its comes to electronic music, namely house and techno.
Moving on a fair few years ;-) and Ashley today is very much part of the new breed of UK producers coming through with his own roots laid in deep house and techno.
Over the years Ashley has Dj'd across London at many of the Capitals clubs past and present and has played overseas across Ibiza, Spain, France, Egypt, Sweden and the US with gigs at the likes of Space Ibiza and Burning Man in the US particular highlights to date.
Ashley also runs one of London's biggest underground nights - You Are We. Along with co-promoter Tom Roberts, Ashley also DJ's and produces under the alias Playset who have a string of releases set for 2012.
On his own Ashley will be looking to release more into 2012 and is set for a big year!
