Die Tiger Lillies scheinen Österreich zu lieben. Die rastlos permanent um den Planeten tourende Band lässt eigentlich kein Jahr aus ohne nicht für ein paar Gastspiele hierzulande vorbeizuschauen. Die letzten Jahre fanden sich darunter auch theatralische Highlights wie die „Tiger Lillies’ Freakshow“ oder „Woyzeck & The Tiger Lillies“ an der Seite von Ben Becker und Christian Kolonovits (mit dem Nestroy Theaterpreis geehrt). Ihre dunkel-komischen Lieder lassen Zuhälter, Prostituierte, Totschläger, Zoophilie, depressive Zirkusclowns, Drogensüchtige oder Brandstifter als romantische Helden einer irrwitzigen Welt erstrahlen.

Die Show liefert insgesamt einen Querschnitt durch das Schaffen der Band, wobei die Klassiker nicht fehlen dürfen.
