The “dIRE sTRAITS Legends” concept rises from the love and the passion for one of the greatest rock band ever and to keep alive in some nice way the “old heroes” and the great and amazing music of dIRE sTRAITS!


Since the band played his last gig in the 1992 (On Every Street World Tour), the magnificently talented, musical genius that is Mark Knopfler has made it clear that he prefers to leave the old stuff behind him and concentrate on his solo career. So this “dIRE sTRAITS Legends” concept is simply to celebrate dIRE sTRAITS' music with live shows played by some former “heroes” who have performed it in the past, and to see some old friend together again on stage. In the last years so many former members of dIRE sTRAITS have joined this “concept”, together with Marco Caviglia, a great talented and brilliant italian guitar player....
